International Construction Co. (ICCO) is a well known group in the core business of construction & property development for over 30 years. Established in 1984 by a group of young civil engineers with a purpose of serving the customers and presenting best in class designs and quality of construction.
The company has achieved many milestones along this journey and continuing to excel in execution. The group have an exhaustive client list ranging from Government bodies, Commercial, Corporate Sector and Individuals.

It has been called the ‘heart and soul’ of the company, where ICCO began and built its reputation.
ICCO has delivered over 50 construction management projects. Today, construction management accounts for nearly 70% of the overall capital cost of our projects. ICCO is as much based on the principle of construction management and finding a better way of delivering for clients, today as it was when the company was founded.

How we work

Identifying Your Needs
A client has an idea and calls in consultants to see what’s possible.

Planning Project
The consultants begin designing and planning the structure, selecting materials and estimating costs. This may even include a 3D Visualisation of the design. These consultants award the project to the best contractors for the job, following a tender process.

Developing
The construction stage is the hub of the project. The experienced team has to perform quality control inspections, check and approve the technical submittals and ensure that the contractor generally delivers the project as designed.
